Registration is required for all participants of MLPR 2026.

Registration Regulations
1. Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author is a student with student card.
2. Each paid registration covers only one paper; Additional paper price is only applicable to the same first author who already has a regular registration.
3. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 6 pages (two-column), and extra page will be charged at 60 USD per page.
4. Onsite registration applies to Presentation Only (Abstract submission) and Delegates. If you would like to register onsite, you are required to give us a notice before November 25, 2026 for preparing you materials.
5. On December 6, 2026, an optional City Tour will be arranged. Participants will be charged an additional 150 USD for it.

Refund Policy
Cancellation of paid registration is possible under the terms listed below:
* 15 days ahead of the conference: 30 USD cancellation fee.
* 10-15 days ahead of the conference: cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee.
* Within 10 days ahead of the conference: no refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.
