The 2nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition (MLPR 2024) was held successfully in Osaka, Japan during August 2-4, 2024. MLMI 2024 was organized by Ritsumeikan University, Japan, assisted by Hangzhou Normal University, China and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, and sponsored by Haltia.AI, UAE.

The conference featured keynote speeches, invited speeches, and parallel sessions covering a wide range of topics related to machine learning and machine intelligence. Our esteemed 4 keynote speakers and 4 invited speakers shared their knowledge and insights, offering valuable perspectives and practical solutions to real-world challenges. In addition, 9 onsite and online parallel sessions complemented the program by making MLMI 2024 a successful and exciting in-person and virtually gathering.
